Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach and restaurants! Our newly renovated co-op is located in a quiet complex in a lush tropical setting. Our brand new Kitchen is equipped with an Espresso/cappuccino machine, air fryer and features all new appliances. Relax by the heated community pool while sipping your cappuccino. Primary Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Sharon owned a log cabin and was a VRBO host for 21 years - it was sold in 2022. It's nice in Broward County which is close to our Tropical Escape should our guests ever need assistance.

This property is perfect for guests who want to be close to the beach and nightlife, but have a quite sanctuary just minutes away.
