Welcome to Sailors' Haven
Brand new interior! Modern, luxurious 2 bedroom, each with attached En Suites. Fully equipped kitchen. Directly across from the downtown Marina, in the "Sailing Capital" of North Carolina. Shopping, fresh seafood, pubs, exquisite dining and art galleries all within a 2 minute walk.
The space
Summer of 2021, my sweet Mother/Partner in crime, and I took the old Sail repair shop which was a completely open interior without any walls, and together designed a 2 bedroom cottage. We added 3 bathrooms, open concept living room kitchen, laundry and entrance! So, absolutley EVERYTHING besides the original hardwood floors is new! We have bikes for your sunrise ride 2 blocks to the Bean to get your morning coffee, and kayaks for your sunset float before you settle in for the night at Sailors' Haven on The Neuse River. Come be our guest! Completely new interior construction in 2022.

Summer of 2021, my sweet Mother/Partner in crime, and I took the old Sail repair shop which was a completely open interior without any walls, and together designed a 2 bedroom cottage. We added 3 bathrooms, open concept living room kitchen, laundry and entrance! So, absolutley EVERYTHING besides the original hardwood floors is new!
