Located on the 8th floor, `Beachy King` is a very spacious condo that can sleep 10 people. Each bedroom has a king size bed, along with the bunk area having a twin over twin bunk bed, plus the living area containing a sleeper sofa. The bright blue waters of the Gulf can be enjoyed from the living area, the primary bedroom and the large balcony!

The condo was just as it appeared online- beautifully decorated and spacious. The condo had a great view of the ocean. It is across the street from Walmart which is very convenient. Would stay there again

Amazing Stay!

This property is amazing! We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and the balcony is huge. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back. You didn't have to leave the resort for food or entertainment if you didn't want to. Several places were within walking distance. Amazing stay!

Spacious 3 bedroom condo

The LTW "Beachy King" condominium was a perfect size for my family. Nautical Beach Rentals was always prompt in answering any questions, and the owners have done a lovely job decorating the condominium. We enjoyed our stay short of some of the elevator and cleanliness issues from the association side, which has no reflection on the owner nor Nautical. We would return, just not in the summer months when the complex is crowded.

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed the room. We have stayed at LTW many times and this is one of the best condos. Great decor, nice furniture, kitchen options, and views. We will def stay here again. Note: park in south parking and use elevators on that side of buildings. So much closer. Security is crazy about the bands so keep it on you - even tho the material is very flimsy and breaks easily! They will even yell at your kids for this but won’t stop people from smoking weed and blaring music from their balcony at 2am.

They stay was everything but the fact that we couldn't use the beach access that we was suppose to get was crazy!!! First day we got turned around and never made the beach because we was already tired from driving didn't want to drive to have to end up finding a park or we didn't want to walk a mile or two… second day same thing but we ended up driving 10mins away to get on the beach to make my daughter happy… I must say their extremely strict and it was good and bad at the same time…. Other than that it was cool… I never go spring break again…
