We designed and built this house from zero for friends and our own family to enjoy. We love to host. Laura and I have four kids, from middle to college ages. We love enabling rich experiences with more emphasis than just renting out luxury properties, that is why we do not believe in handing our houses to managers. We have rented our vacation homes for several years. This Windham home, a new build in 2022, is a high tech home with everything we could think of in terms of function, style, decor, easy access to everything, from skiing to biking, hiking and even swimming... indoors. It's our best creation yet and we would love for you to enjoy it as much as we have!
Why they chose this property
The View is an experience in next generation luxury, exquisite design and decor, simple elegance, fully smart home (lights, security, HVAC, appliances, locks and more!) with Tesla energy system and solar roof. Spectacular views in the perfect spot for ski in and out, literally a concierge service with the Wonderama lift terminal at our footsteps; while intersecting three trails for multiple in and out options for skiing, biking and hiking. Large heated indoor swim spa, massage, steam shower facility, 100-inch TV for video gaming and movie watching, Yamaha Grand piano... all functional and super easy to use. Again, this is not just a house, it's an experience.

The avid skiers just slide from the house into the trail, the others can go down a few steps and ski a green, the intermediate can ski in from the blues around the mountain directly into the property
