Not the Whole Picture

The photos were accurate. The unit appears to be a newly remodeled apartment in a poorly maintained apartment complex. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool had algae. Granted it is winter time in New Orleans, so it may see better maintenance in the summer. The appliances appeared to be almost brand new. No dish washer or garbage disposal. Owner had a blender delivered after it was pointed out that there was supposed to be one. Also, had trash bags delivered, as there were none available. Complex did have a locking gate. The area did feel a little sketchy.

Nice place, very comfortable, appliances like new, first floor! I had a great stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It's very comfortable and has new appliances. It was perfectly clean when I arrived I could make no complaint about cleanliness. There's a TV in both the den and bedroom. Most places I've stayed don't have TVs in bedrooms. The apartment was well stocked with bottled water, k-cups, etc. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay there again

Good for what it is

It was just as posted. The only thing is the bed would only be good for a short stay. The pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed, but I still had to go get a mattress topper. Other than the bed situation the place was a good stay.
