We only spent a few days here with our family to get away from it all and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The property itself is stunning and not a single detail is missed.
It was amazing. The place was immaculate. We had everything we needed at our disposal. Vrbo prime location.beautiful modern home . The Host was Amazing it was the perfect getaway for me and my family.. if you’re looking for a beautiful house come visit
This house is so beautifully decorated and so peaceful. The view of the pond is amazing! I think I may have heard one car go by during the four days we were there! we prepared Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen is well equipped to handle that. The beds were very comfortable and I did like not having to strip the beds and start the laundry before we left. That's pretty unusual these days! we had a great time!
Home was a beautiful space. Outdoor area was gorgeous. There were a few minor maintenance issues within the house that were disappointing but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

I'm glad you enjoyed the home and the property. I'm also sorry about the minor maintenance issues and will be sure to fix those immediately. Many thanks!
This was perfect for a quick winter getaway. We found the home immaculate, the beds comfortable and the fireplaces cozy. About 15 minutes to Butternut and 25 minutes to Great Barrington, it's remote but close to enough. We had a beautiful meal at the Old Inn on the Green. The view is really lovely. We would recommend this place and would love to stay in all seasons.

What a great location for a mid winter get-a-way. The house was exactly as advertised; very clean, well appointed, and situated just feet off the shore of Ida's Pond. Exactly what we were hoping for.
Thank you Jamie. Can't wait to come back in the summer.

My wife and I had a fabulous anniversary week staying here. The property is the perfect combination of beautiful location, peace and quiet, functionality and accessibility to anything in the Berkshires. We found it wonderful that it was a bit away from the crowds yet a short drive to everything. We didn’t use the upper floor much but found the main floor great for all our needs. The living room even had a quite good electronic piano which was great for my wife who is a musician. We certainly intend to return.

I'm thrilled you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of all the house and property has to offer. We can't wait have you back!
The views from the windows were a constant pleasure. It was a rainy weekend so we didn't get outside as much as we would have liked, but it was set up to enjoy the beautiful pond and landscaping. There were a few quirks. It was difficult to move the dining room chairs into comfortable positions to sit at the table. We looked for more medium or small plates. But these were very minor inconveniences. We had a lovely stay.
My wife and I rented the house this summer for about two weeks. It’s a lovely property with a semi private pond, two kayaks and a canoe which we took advantage of. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to the minor issues that arose. We both worked intermittently and the WiFi was fine. The only issue is that it is a bit far from some of the larger towns and Tanglewood. But if you are looking to relax and kick back it’s a great choice.

Peaceful Berkshire getaway in a gorgeous waterfront home
My wife and our two kids (9 and 5) had a wonderful week by the pond in Sandisfield. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and featured picturesque views from every room. The large windows looking out on the pond in the kitchen and den are especially striking. We took out the canoe, fished from the dock, the kids swam in the pond, and we played lawn games in the big yard. It’s a very private and peaceful setting. We also visited Umpachene Falls and went to a show at Tanglewood, both easy trips. The owner was quick with communication and very friendly. We will be back!
My family and I bought this property after falling in love with the beauty of the Berkshires. We'd visited family friends for years before decided to put down roots in Sandisfield. We knew we wanted to be relatively close to town but far enough away to feel like we were in a land of our own.
What makes this property unique
We chose this house for its incredible architecture, beauty and access to the pond. It's a unique place where we loving making memories with our children and friends. We hope you love it as much as we do!
