Family ski vacation

Love being able to ski-on and ski-off! The condo was well equipped for rental, well maintained, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Time!

Excellent location, condo was well stocked and we all had an awesome time. Hot tub was a plus and the skiing conditions were top notch. Hope to return next year!

Great Time!

Jay Peak is one of my favorite mountains and this condo was perfect! Ski-in & out, clean, great beds and hot tub! lots of fun! definitely going back next season!

Many hits, some misses

This review is difficult as we know these issues are avoidable and easy to resolve. The property is large and as described. We did not have heat in the bedrooms or hot water for most of the stay. We used the fireplace and kept doors open to stay warm. Thankfully we had family in a neighboring condo where we showered. Owner was very responsive at first but issues were not sustainably resolved and communication faded.

Andrew tried to reach me by responding to an automated text so I never got his messages. The first sentence of the text reads, "Hi, this is Danny, the host for the place you are renting tomorrow. You can text or call me at (603) XXX-XXXX" I was both heartbroken and confused when I got a message from Andrew via Vrbo messaging at 4:38pm the day he checked out telling me he had not had heat or hot water. I was heartbroken because it was too late for me to do anything about it. The boiler fix just requires a phone call to Jay Peak Maintenance to reset the boiler. It takes about 15 minutes. I was confused because I didn't understand why he suffered through it without calling me particularly, as he said, he had a small infant with him. If you look through my reviews you will see all other references to my communication are excellent. While I can't help someone who doesn't contact me, I really wish I could have done something for Andrew.
