This cabin was adorable The place was clean and decorated so cuteI really enjoyed the weekend If you want a clean roomy cute place to stayThis is the place!!!
The cutest cottage! We have 3 kids and each had their own bed and loved the outdoor swing/bar area! It was perfect for what we needed it for and nice and close to everything. Kelley was super helpful and communicated quickly!
Awesome experience. Excellent hosts who thought of pretty much everything!! Very clean cottage and cozy rooms. The beds are a tad small for a couple to share, but they were definitely comfortable. The outdoor area was awesome with the outdoor bar and firepit. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would DEFINITELY book here again. Kelley offers a great package.
My husband and I enjoyed Kelley’s “better than a tent” cabin for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was spotless, smelled really nice and had so much charm throughout. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside portion of the cabin more, as it is designed for such a fun outdoor space, but we were out and about all weekend. If we are back in the area again, we would for sure rent this cabin again.
This cabin rental was a great place for our family to spend time up north. They have truly thought of everything. Fans in every room, ceiling fans, and a window a/c unit that kept things cool for us. Fully stocked kitchen, counter top ice maker, great coffee cups (sounds weird but we liked them), and a propane oven. Many of the items are vintage which to us brought back a lot of memories. The pictures on the rental sites do not do the cabin justice. We felt very at home as soon as we walked in. They’ve done a great job decorating with a lot of special touches. We really loved the outside custom bar. We spent a few late nights out there as well as some coffee and breakfast time. Very well done. I would recommend this property to family and friends, as well as return here for future trips.
We lucky people to have 6 children and 18 grandchildren. Have had many days of outright memories made at Cranberry Lake , fishing, boating, side by siding, out right relaxing and great times with friends and family around the campfire. As time evolves and our children establish their own lives, we find ourselves now at their places of enjoyment, limiting our time at the cottage. We have decided to make it available for others to enjoy and create their own special memories that no matter what age, the memories never seem to fade.
Why they chose this property
Will have to admit on major holidays it is a place busy with boaters, beach goers, and lots of things going on. Seems everyone that owns a cottage magically appear. But all have a common goal. Laugh, smile, conversation, good food, and watching kids make memories. But on the common week , it is total peace and tranquility. We ourselves are inclined to just go spend a few days as some times in life can be hectic. A great place and area to decompress. Good people abound. A simpler way of life.
What makes this property unique
The cottage has been completely updated. Flooring , beds, furniture, wall paint, fans, and lights. But does retain the cottage feel of comfort it just feels good to be there. Have kept original stove, fridge and you will find the décor coincides with date of build. Will be found impeccably clean, thanks to wife and her standards. Has a large rear patio that allows for ample room barbecue to eat and gather at the fire. We do have a unique unique place to gather, called the Shed of 1928. Was built from a shed constructed in 1928 and repurposed as an outdoor bar and eating location. The Bar has exterior swings and interior stools. A very good place to sit down with friends and family converse, laugh and enjoy life! If your on the move and up to adventures ,it is well within reach. There are trails to ride, lakes to fish, golf, go karts, all kinds of shopping and always seems an event of sorts within a short distance.
