PH14 is our home when we are in town visiting family and friends, but North Scottsdale is now our primary residence. We are retired from the Real Estate, Lending and Technology arenas and we take pride in our homes. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

PH14 is, in our opinion, the nicest one bedroom, with the best view, in the best building within the Coronado Shores Complex. We are located directly next to the boardwalk at the Southern end of all the buildings, next to the Navy Seal Team Beach. This means we are the least crowded beach in all of Coronado. We are also just 50 yards from the El Camino pool with lap swimming, hot tub, restrooms & gas BBQ's. The Beach Club is just 100 yards from our building and the bar is open from noon to 9PM daily with full bar service, great hot dogs and activities most days during the week. Under the Beach Club you will find the state of the art Health Club with locker rooms, locks, towels, showers, hot tubs, saunas and more!
