Each time I come to Decatur I return to this home. The owner is easy to communicate with, the home is updated, cozy and comfortable. It is very clean. It is located close to the mall and a few minutes from downtown. I recommend this house.

We needed a house for an extended business trip to Decatur, this property fit the bill great, it has all the basic amenities and is a comfortable house in a pleasant, safe neighborhood. Would gladly stay here again.

Cute little bungalow

It was perfect for what we needed while we visited family. The neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything. We had at most a 10-minute drive to see the boat races with my sister and brother-in-law from the house. Perfect location

I fell in love with this property because it is close to everything and the neighbors are super friendly. Two blocks off a major road and within minutes of most restaurants, Walmart, Target and more. The property has been kept up-to-date, has a portico to park the car under and the neighborhood is quiet.
