This community boasts a fantastic location within walking distance to Fenwick Island beaches, boating & numerous shops/restaurants. Amenities include a community pool, day docking. The property is located directly on the bay with beautiful views. Bring your kayak or paddleboard and launch it right off the dock. Also a great spot to put out a crab trap or fish.
