Exactly as advertised. Something I've found with similar properties is the pictures can be enhanced or taken years ago, so outdoor furniture can be dirty and tired-looking when you arrive, but with this property, everything is well taken care of. In addition, everything worked - all TVs, including the outdoor TV, all appliances, the pool, etc. We actually didn't need to contact the property manager once, which was great.

Perfect vacation!!!

This house has everything! We spent all day in the gorgeous backyard enjoying the pool and palm trees. The pickleball court was perfect for family fun. We had so much space to spread out and enjoy our spring break.

I stayed in this property with six of my girlfriends and had a wonderful time! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, and we hardly left. The property manager was so attentive and addressed our very minor issue promptly and thoroughly! We all remarked at what a relaxing and fun weekend it was and would highly recommend this property!

The house in a word was was spectacular. All the amenities you could ever hope for. The communication any time we needed to ask a question was great even though it was the Christmas holidays. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mesa! We had 13 adults in our group, and this house was perfect for us. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for. We were honestly so impressed with how well the house accommodated our large group while still giving everyone plenty of space.The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts of the house! We spent so much time enjoying it and cooling off, and it made the trip even more fun. The large kitchen was another huge plus — there was plenty of room for everyone to gather, cook, and hang out together. The bedrooms were spacious, and the king-size beds were SO comfortable! After busy days, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable place to relax.The only issue we experienced was with the AC in the casita. It didn’t seem to be cooling properly, and unfortunately, the guest staying in the casita ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. I didn’t mention it to the host during our stay because I wasn’t sure what was going on with the AC at the time, but I wanted to mention it as something that may be worth having checked for future guests.Aside from that, we truly had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group, we loved the space and amenities, and we would absolutely stay here again. We made some great memories here and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with a larger group!

Great house for family spring break

This house is amazing. It met every expectation we had. The outdoor area had everything needed to entertain all ages, the kitchen had everything needed for large groups, the beds were all very comfortable and there were enough towels (beach and bath) for the entire week. The house was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Great place.

We were a group of 13 with all ages and had a great time. The pool and the hot tub were great. The kids really enjoyed the slide. We also used the basketball court/pickleball court. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice big kitchen well stocked. Only minus is that they need to fix the ice machine.

Family vacation

This home is amazing! With 10 adults and 4 children we were able to spend quality time together comfortably. The outdoor space was great the pool and hot tub were used daily. This home was furnished with everything you need if we had an issue the management responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Northridge Mesa

The house was all we thought it would be and more. Great communication with the property managers. The home was large enough for our entire family with everyone having their own space to get away if they wanted. The outside was just what we envisioned, pickleball, basketball, bbq area and the amazing pool!
