24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor (Unit 1109) with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters and breathtaking sunsets from your own balcony. There is an actual video of the unit when you scroll through the pictures.

This spotless unit features new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, wood tile flooring, new bathroom vanities with granite countertops and tile backsplash, new bedroom furniture, all new lighting, updated decor and paint.

Enjoy beautiful porcelain wood tile throughout the unit as well as a stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and USB power outlets. The Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer, panini maker, air fryer, Fiestaware dishes, and fully appointed kitchen will make you feel right at home.

Kids and teens will love the custom built bunk beds with Roku TVs. Each bunk comes complete with individual lighting, USB power outlets and HDMI inputs.

The living area includes a cozy comfort queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50" Roku TV, and Bluetooth attached stereo system for listening to your favorite music while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The shared guest bathroom includes a shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Located across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

Easy Breezy at Pelican Beach!

Booking and Check-In was quick and easy. Resort property was clean and well-kept. Multiple pools, a private beach, cafe & tiki snack/drink bar made staying on property a no-brainer. Though, it is close to the Harbor Boardwalk and a multitude of restaurants & entertainment! Room was super clean, and very spacious! 2 adults in the primary room - with it's own bathroom, and 2 kids in the bunks - with their own bathroom as well! A full kitchen was great for breakfast; quick lunch and even dinner! Counter seating and a dining room table can fit 7 people, more than enough space. Sofa pulls out to fit 2 more; and was super comfy for lounging in-between beach trips. Balcony overlooks the beautiful Destin Beach & Gulf, with clear blue waters and sun-drenched sugary white beaches. Resort is located directly on the beach; via a short boardwalk. Private access makes grabbing a great spot in the sand easy. Really enjoyed our stay, and will be booking another trip very soon! Highly recommend; 5 stars all the way around.

Clean, Relaxing, Wonderful View!

I have nothing but great things to say about this booking! From the time I booked our trip to the day we left coming home. Julie started messages me soon after I booked to make sure I didn't have any questions and see if there was anything else we needed. When we got there we couldn't believe how nice the property was. It was so clean and modern. The ocean view was amazing! We could just sit on the couch and look out at the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The balcony has the perfect view, and it is a very secure location. Unit looks like it came straight out of an interior design magazine. The owner spared NO expense, with top of the line utensils/electronics at your disposal. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and my kids loved the bunk beds with their own television sets and charging outlets. GENUIS! The owner is a fantastic person who puts thought into your stay. They are knowledgeable of the area and kind enough to guide you through your trip (it was our first time there). They were always available with great suggestions. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our trip was, and how wonderful the owner made it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and we instantly felt at home. The decor was nicer than most. There were plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were super comfy. Patio view is better than pictured and we spent a lot of time there sipping cocktails. The beach was clean, not a hint of trash or seaweed, and sugar like in texture and color. Location was great too. Lots do do very close by. Enjoyed every relaxing munute of our 6 night trip. Last but not least was our wonderful host, Julie. Excellent communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. Best host EVER! Can’t wait to visit again!

Awesome Birthday Getaway!

Julie is an excellent host. Great communication from the start. Her condo was beautiful & very inviting. The Welcome basket was amazing filled with snacks, water, & even flip flops & towel. The best welcome I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Of course you can’t beat the view!! Thanks again. Would rent again.
