Located in Cinnamon Beach, your family and friends will enjoy the open concept layout and large balcony with Atlantic Ocean and Golf Views. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive at Cinnamon Beach, you may never want to leave.

When you enter the condo, you are immediately at ease as this unit is beautifully decorated in calming blues and grays throughout. The open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms are the ideal entertainment space where everyone can gather.

The kitchen is stocked so you can enjoy cooking your favorites during your getaway. Brew up your morning coffee in the Drip Coffee Maker. Open to the dining area allows for meals to be easily served. In the living room watch your favorite movies and catch views of the waves and golf course, The living room also features a Sleeper Sofa as an additional sleeping option. The curtains in the living room are wonderful for if your guest is sleeping in this space and wants to sleep in.

Head through the sliding glass doors out the large balcony to enjoy a meal. Or decompress as you feel the ocean breezes and listen to the waves crashing.

The primary bedroom is a relaxation zone with a comfortable King Bed and a view of the Atlantic from the picturesque window. If you aren’t looking out the window you can unwind while watching the TV. The master en-suite has a shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed with a TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a TV as well. The 2nd Full bathroom with a Shower/Tub is across the hall.

The washer and dryer are in the unit, very convenient when it’s time to do laundry. This condo also provides beach towels and 2 beach chairs to enjoy during your stay!

Easy check in process. Great location. We didn’t have beach towels as promised in the listing but the property manager had them delivered the next day. Loved the pools, splash pad and game rooms at the clubhouse

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach many times but this condo was one of our favorites so far. The decor is really pretty to start, it was nice to see color painted walls instead of the normal boring beige with a dark kitchen! The kitchen was almost fully stocked (just needs measuring spoons) we cooked an entire thanksgiving meal without too much trouble. The view is gorgeous, the beach was peaceful and relaxing, but it's also nice to have a pool for some fun with the kids. We did see a small amount of sugar ants around the kitchen and bathroom, so that does need to be addressed but everything else was lovely.

Beach Vaca

We loved our stay! It was everything as described, the ONLY thing that that was slightly annoying was the A/C. It was set some kind of economy mode that we couldn't override, so we would make it cooler, then a few hours later it was back up to very warm. I did message thru VBRO and was told that they would do their best to resolve the issue. It was then made MAYBE a degree or 2 cooler, but we would still have to cool the unit down every few hours, even thru the night. If it wasn't for that, then it would have been 5's.
If I have to work from vacation, it was great to do it from this balcony looking at the ocean!

Gem in the Palm Coast

The view from this property was amazing!! We absolutely enjoyed this unit. Many meals were shared on the balcony. The bed in the Master bedroom was so plush!! Very relaxing- seriously will like to know where they bought the mattress from. We are a family of 6 with 3 teenagers and 1 pre teen- I was there for a medical conference so left my husband and kids to check out- hopefully they did a great job cleaning up like I asked. I wish check out was closer to 12 but completely understand the cleaning process in case another family needed to enjoy this home. I will recommend this home and will ask for it next time I am in Palm Coast..

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat vacationers at Cinnamon Beach and have stayed both at homes and condos over the years and have consistently left 5-star reviews. Our experience both with properties and the management has been excellent each time and we are returning this summer. Unfortunately, this stay was not as positive but it was due to cleanliness and some maintenance issues. The unit allows pets (which we appreciate!) but upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor to the place (which had just been cleaned)- we smelled dog not Pinesol or bleach. The towels in the closet had not been washed and had a smell, there were crumbs in the bed under the top sheet, a leaky kitchen faucet, flickering lights in the master bath & laundry, no beach towels, a dirty shower head in the master and no info sheet in the unit as to using the TVs (could not access any apps)-honestly, the cleanliness was the major issue. It is a nice unit with a lovely view- housekeeping dropped the ball.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great ocean view, large balcony, quiet and peaceful surroundings, tile throughout unit.Cons: - Unit needs a good deep clean - lots of dust. It's clear the cleaners only surface clean!- Bedding in primary room needs updating - fitted sheet didn't stay on nor did it match the flat sheet, pillows are stained and disgusting. I bought sheets, pillows and a blanket so I could actually sleep.- No hot water in the kitchen!- Slow drain in tub of the second bathroom.- Businesses coming in to provide services to resort community such as landscaping and pest control, take all the parking spaces by the clubhouse and pools. This makes it difficult for guests who can't walk long distances and need to drive and park to access these amenities. My mother had knee surgery a month ago and wasn't able to walk far so we had to try and park just so she could go to the pool and beach - that was stressful trying to get a parking spot every day. It would be nice if businesses parked in other areas throughout the resort instead of taking up the few parking spaces near the amenities.

Better than expected!

This location is very nice with excellent views of a private golf course and the ocean. The view in the pictures from the balcony do not do it justice! The condo comes with pretty much everything you need to cook (as in utensils and cookware). There is also a blender and drink mixing utensils. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and that counts waiting in the elevator from the 4th floor. There is a wooden walkway to the beach close to the 400 building. We couldn’t see the actual sunrise from the balcony b/c the 500 building blocked that part of the view but the beach entry was so close that it wasnt hard to walk down. The 2 pools are nice but we spent a majority of our time on the beach. One thing we didnt know was that there are very large rocks in the water. You can’t see them during high tide but they are exposed in low tide. They can be diffuse to maneuver if you want to go out and swim, boogie board, or surf. The good part is they provide great tide pools for relaxing and looking for shells. This place is on 15 minutes from Flagler Beach area and there are plenty of places to eat and drink there. There are 2 places 5 minutes away that had great food as well (JTs seafood shack & Bronx pizza). If you want Dolphin adventures, Marineland is less than 10 minutes away as well. Overall great gated area with lots of great views. Oh and they have parking under the building if you want to park out of the sun!

Reviewer Comments: while the resort and condo were great we were very disappointed in the condition of the ocean. We have stayed before and never had an issue however due to the dunes work the ocean was a mess we were not able to swim in my husband cut his foot first day in son the same we would have liked prior knowledge before driving in from MD we paid for a week at the ocean not at the pool. Which is where we ended up the rest of the week. We were not told about the dune work until the day before we left!
