Palm View Villa - with Private Heated pool!
Palm View Villa, with a heated private pool (April - November), is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Walking distance to the rustic, unspoiled beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river of Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa are just a 8/10 minute drive away.
The Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with vast outdoor space for relaxing and soaking up the sun, with a large pool that’s heated (inclusive of the nightly price) during the cooler months between April and November. Requests can be made to heat the pool December - March, but extra charges will apply.
The downstairs of the villa is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and living space offering direct access to the veranda.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two light filled bedrooms, both with plentiful storage and direct access to the upstairs balcony. The first bedroom has a King-sized bed, whilst the second is a twin with 2 large single beds.
