Palm View Villa - with Private Heated pool!

Palm View Villa, with a heated private pool (April - November), is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Walking distance to the rustic, unspoiled beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river of Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa are just a 8/10 minute drive away.

The Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with vast outdoor space for relaxing and soaking up the sun, with a large pool that’s heated (inclusive of the nightly price) during the cooler months between April and November. Requests can be made to heat the pool December - March, but extra charges will apply.

The downstairs of the villa is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and living space offering direct access to the veranda.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two light filled bedrooms, both with plentiful storage and direct access to the upstairs balcony. The first bedroom has a King-sized bed, whilst the second is a twin with 2 large single beds.

Amazing Villa

Antony is an amazing owner! Communication was absolutely perfect in all stages. He gave us a lot of information and topics. The villa is excellent, fully equipped and very clean. You can find everything you need in the villa and around such as a nice pool, hamack, sun bed, grill, etc. to have a relaxing time. Location of the villa is absolutely stunning. I recommend this 100%.

A treat !

beautiful villa, extremely well maintained with a lovely pool and patio area. Inside very clean and fresh with nice touches to make you feel welcome, ie soap in proper dispensers, great kitchen utensils, new white goods, beech towels and bath towels, comfortable beds and a nice bottle of wine in the fridge. Also Antony & Kerry made available high chair and travel cot for the youngest 18 month old grand daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. A really relaxing break and we are coming back next year !!!

Tolles Haus und sehr netter Gastgeber

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Anfangs per SMS, später dann auch bei der Poolreinigung und einer Tasse Kaffee :-) Danke Antony
