Prime location close to all freeways. 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Phoenix Suns, AZ Diamondbacks, Spring Training, Cardinals' Stadium and ASU. I

Separate small Mother-in-Law apartment attached with separate entrance and not accessible to main house and not a part rental agreement.

My wife and I are owners and managers of the property which has recently been turned into a vacation rental. The property was previously rented to a single family, but we decided to furnish it as a rental during certain times of the year. We live within a half a mile of the property and would be available at a moments notice to help with any concerns or problems.

This property is in the heart of Phoenix's financial district at 24th and Camelback. Guests can go in any direction to enjoy all that Phoenix and Scottsdale has to offer.
