Cozy but noisy

The room was good. The only issue we had was the a/c. We probably like the room to be colder than most people so it was a little warm and louder than we expected.

Very Comfy

Nice location in the countryside and our little dog was welcomed. The host was friendly and helpful with suggestions for good places to eat. Had a great time in Laurel, highly recommend the open air limo tour of the “Home Town” houses.

Country Escape

Fantastic Host and Property!

I don’t know if I’ve ever been treated as well as I did here. My wife and I booked our stay and brought our dog with us. We were welcomed and treated as if we were family. The property is immaculate and the room was extremely comfortable. I can’t adequately put into words how grateful we are that we had such a great host for our anniversary trip. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was nestled quietly in the woods away from the hustle and bustle and noise of downtown Laurel, however, very convenient to all attractions. The host could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Great price.

Laurel stay

Russ is a great host! We loved the property and enjoyed hearing about their plans for the future. Traveling with a pet is always interesting, and our dog loved Russ and the outdoor space. As it is outside of town a few miles, it was really quiet and relaxing. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Value

We are on a two week trip and experiencing local sites is our top priority. Second to that is a clean, safe, reasonably priced place to lay our heads. Our room was all that and the hosts were really nice and helpful before and when we arrived. The property is in rhe country, but easy to find (even in the dark) and close enough to town to quickly drive back and forth for eating out or other activities. Would definitely recommend to others!

Quiet retreat

The location was tucked away on a wooded hilltop outside of Laurel. Quick drive to resturants and downtiwn Laurel. Clean and neat. Comfy bed. Russ was very friendly, accommodating and laidback. Price was on point.

Wonderful out of the way stay

This was a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of town. Located in trees far from the road. You were greeted by the owner who was very personable and enjoyed talking to him and his wife. We loved our room, we enjoyed walking around and looking at the property and liked how close it was to our destination. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ample storage space for food, clothes and bath products. Large bathroom with great lighting! A must for all women. We definitely recommend this place and would go back if ever in the area again.
