Had a better beach view from balcony than I expected. Was nice when the water was calm the first weekend we could listen to the bands playing at tootsies from the balcony. Beach access was easy and convenient

Had a great trip. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect! The pool was closed for one day due to maintenance issues, they worked all day trying to get it fixed. Of course, this wasn’t anyone’s fault. We enjoyed our time there.

Moondrifter 605

We experienced a shower leakage and difficulty with sliding glass door, but property manager was quick to respond and repair. Older property but very safe, well maintained and managed.

Cute and reasonably priced, but needs better on-site management

The view was great. Location was great. Cute condo. Could use some help in the cleaning department. My 14 year old found pocket change and vapes in the washing machine which smelled like mold and mildew badly. The first night there, we discovered there wasn't a curtain for one of the bedrooms. Maintenance came and said they would fix it after we checked out instead of while we were there, so we had to hang a blanket over the window. The internet and TV did not work. I texted and messaged in 3 different places, but didn't hear from anyone until I reached out to the owner. This did not get fixed and was inconvenient when we wanted to relax in the condo. I also own a few rental properties on VRBO, these are things that are definitely fixable with either owners on site making visits or a better management company.
