Thank you for being our guest and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We do equip the unit well but as mentioned at the time of booking and then again when the balance is processed, and also 10 days prior to your arrival, we only provide a start up supply of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner as most people have personal preferences with those items. All other items are stocked in abundance that last the duration of a guest's full stay.

We appreciate the feedback with the stairs and have since made that more prominent in the listing description. The condo is located on the second / top floor of the building and there is a set of stairs to climb, to access the front door.

Thank you for being our guest but it is unfortunate that your review score is solely about your hairdryer and has nothing to do with the unit itself. To clarify you had contacted us a couple of days after you had checked out and new guests had already checked into the condo for a number of days. I did indicate that it is our policy not to disturb new guests and look through the condo for items that you believed were left behind. Out of common courtesy it has been our experience that guests do not appreciate such a disruption to their stay. As stated, we would gladly go through the condo after the following guests checked out, in which we did, and found the other numerous items that you left behind, but not your hairdryer. Because of that, the complaints then started even though you failed to even mention anything until you had been checked out for days and were told that we would look for it after the next guests checked out. All of the existing reviews for this unit speak consistently about the great experience that guests have enjoyed in this newly remodeled unit including the cleanliness which even you mention. It is unfortunate that you think you left your hair dryer in the unit, among a number of other items but to give it a 1 star because we did not rummage through the condo while it was occupied by another set of guests, is simply not a reflection of the unit or other peoples experience in dealing with us.
