Awesome home and property! Perfect stay for people attending the Ryder Cup. Fantastic, fenced in yard for dog owners. House was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for taking such great care of everything. We are so glad you had a happy time.
Check in was very easy, host we always available. Stepping back in time with this home built in 1847. Close to downtown Babylon and a short drive to the beaches, pool was a plus as well in mid august. Sits in a quiet neighborhood would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay here for a short get away! We were looking for a house with a pool that was also close to a beach which this house fit perfectly. James communicated promptly and was very kind. We would absolutely stay here again! 😄

You were wonderful guests, we were so grateful for how well you took care of the house. Thank you, it was a pleasure to host you.
We loved staying in this well-kept old house! The play room and kids bedroom were so sweet and if this place had been available when my kids were smaller it would have been actual heaven! The pool was great, the location was easy, the place felt safe and secure and James was very responsive with all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your kind words, we are very glad you had such a wonderful stay. We have worked very hard to make it an inviting environment, so we are glad to hear it paid off. Be well!
We were traveling to the area for a family birthday celebration, with a lot of guests coming out of town we needed to find a place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this charming house. The owners provided us with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outside of the house and the inside were beautifully decorated with Halloween decorations. We would recommend this house to family and friends visiting the area.

So glad to hear that you had a great time! We enjoyed hosting you and thank you for taking such good care of the house!
Home built in late 1800's with a lot of original features still intact (with modern kitchen and bathrooms). Everything very clean and well maintained. Great location. Yard was also lovely. May not be ideal for very large, old or infirm person as there is a lower ceiling upstairs, some narrow doorways and fairly steep wooden stairs. (We had no problem, our tallest member is 5'11 and aged 18 to mid 50's). Would look to stay here again when back in the area

Thank you so much, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay!
Our family had a wonderful stay in this rental visiting Babylon. The home was a great size and very charming. The home is old with an interesting history and has some interesting books and crannies. The house has has been nicely renovated and there was a full room of toys which my children loved. The owners left anything you could imagine you might need which really helped us cut down on our trips to the store. Only disappointment was the the cold pool and the odd chuckie doll in the playroom which we hid so not to scare everyone. We would stay here again.

I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Sorry about the pool though, but we have had a rainy, overcast summer. We are going to look into a pool heater. Otherwise, I’d completely forgotten about the Chuckie doll! It was a Halloween gag gift from friends in England. I’ll have to put him away in the Halloween bin! Have a wonderful holiday weekend.
