Our Cozy Condo is located minutes away from the excitement of Downtown Augusta. In downtown Augusta you can find walkways, history, entertainment and delicious food. We are located near SRP Park where you can watch the Augusta Green Jackets play, listen to live music, and enjoy good food and drinks. In the area you can enjoy a nature walk on the Greenway where you can spot wildlife from the Savannah River. You can also enjoy a round of golf at several public golf courses. Georgia Weekend

the place was absolutely beautiful. 2 BDRM condo, plenty of space and in a beautiful part of downtown GA. We rested well in a clean, safe environment and will do it again. This one is worth looking into.

Thanksgiving in Augusta, GA

We came from Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in the military and his girlfriend. Although the space may have been a little small to do a big Thanksgiving Day dinner, it worked! A bonus was the double oven . . . we were able to cook the turkey in one and the side dishes in the other. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. We spent Thanksgiving Day doing all the normal things . . . cooking, eating way too much and watching football. LOL! Thank you for the home away from home where our family could spend time together.

Perfect for Ironman weekend

My husband and I stayed at this perfect townhouse for his Ironman weekend race. The location was just minutes from downtown. It worked perfect to park our vehicle right outside the townhouse each night. The two rooms and full bathroom upstairs worked great and would have fit our daughter if she had chosen to accompany us. I didn't even realize until the second day that there was a half bath downstairs as well. This worked well and the price was better than any hotel available to us that weekend. Thanks for a great stay!
