Recently renovated cozy attic apartment in a 1930's house. This property is close to the Master's Golf Course, Ft. Gordon, the Medical District and Augusta University. Plant Votgle is 45 mins away. This unit has a private entrance from the outside. There is no access to the main house from inside the apartment. It's has one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper/sofa in the main room. It includes a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink with cookware, dishes and utensils. New ceramic tile shower in the bathroom. All linens and towels, soap and shampoo and toilet paper provided. There is a gas grill for cooking outside and a fire pit with seating.

We inherited this property when my Dad died. My husband renovates homes for a living with his own construction company and I love to decorate. So we renovated the property and set it up on AIRBNB.
