The listing was accurately portrayed in the photos, and the host's personable nature was appreciated. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!
We really enjoyed the property, especially the comfortable couches and mini kitchenettes in each of the bedrooms. Nice location close to many dining options.Adam was a wonderful host.
The accommodations were beautiful and really comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed the recliners! Great location and easy to get to everything that Augusta has to offer. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful. My husband and I would definitely stay again!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything in Augusta. It is very spacious and comfortable. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed our stay, the owner lives on premises and immediately available. This was a sister trip so, worked for us. Hard to imagine intimate privacy with a spouse since it’s connected to the upstairs by a locked “artistic barn door.” Adam designed this as a perfect relaxing, retreat space. Kudos to the maid! Not a dust particle! Thank you for the opportunity to stay! See you again sometime.
This was our second time to stay in this VRBO in the last two months. We came back to the same place because we loved the apt and the location/proximity to downtown Augusta and the FATS trail system. Thanks Again to our host, Adam!
All around perfect stay. The host was great with communication and accommodated with ease to our schedule change. The space is pristine and clean, and my husband and I were obsessed with the oversized arm chairs in the living room. We slept there every night because they were so comfy.
A coworker and I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for work. We really enjoyed the stay and it was much better than being in a hotel room for 3 nights. The large TV and recliners were are plus for watching the Super Bowl. The host called prior to arrival to ensure we knew that he stayed upstairs. I was aware of this since it is in the listing but very professional of him to call and make sure we were aware. The way it’s set up with its own entrance and having the entire downstairs made it feel as if we had the entire place to ourselves. Will definitely book here again when in Augusta. Also, very close to Augusta National.
Adam has made the place feel like home. He is a great host and a great person. The place is more than amazing. I would definitely come again. I told him I will book with him again.
My friend and I stayed two nights. We were busy during the day working at the FATS trail system to get trees off the trails. The place was a great haven to relax in after a long day of work. Extremely clean, well appointed and perfect for two people who don't share a room. It could accommodate 4 if you dont mind sharing a bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, owners were upstairs but barely heard them. The big TV and recliners were awesome!
The stay was great. The place was clean and comfortable. The only thing I will say is that a trash can in the home would be a nice addition. Going outside to the trash can wasn’t really ideal but we made it work. Adam was great communicating and making sure everything was good. We will definitely stay again.
Let me just say, Adam’s place was such an amazing find. The perfect location nestled within a quiet neighborhood with plenty of good eats just minutes away. The accommodations were comfortable & inviting with thoughtful touches sprinkled throughout. Having the entire spread to myself was a treat, but there could have been an additional guest or two & I still would’ve experienced a good bit of privacy. Adam was a wonderful host who saw to it that I felt right at home during my entire stay. I will definitely be booking with Adam again when I’m in Augusta this time next year!
Adam was a wonderful host! I had to postpone my stay due to illness and a family death. Adam was very understanding and accomodating.
The property is in a well-established (read as no construction going on) neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet, which was nice after very long days at work.
Adam was very responsive and patient with my circumstances. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone staying in this area. Told Adam I’ll be bringing my family to stay next time we’re traveling through.
Overall it was ok. It was clean. But the property owner does Have a dog walking up and down the stairs all time of day and night. It can be heard it all times of night . As well as I Could hear the dog whining often throughout the night and day which was annoying. The owner Didn’t mention that in his listing. Also there was No soap in bathroom.
Additionally, the owner Didn’t mention he would be staying here while I was there. I think that’s weird because you can hear him loudly walking upstairs while he’s there.
He has a microwave but no kitchen.
My suggestion is put your guest UPSTAIRS so we don’t have to hear your footsteps. It’s your house so you can handle the squeaking floors. Some of us can’t.
Bottom line THIS DID NOT HAVE THE FEEL OF PRIVACY!!
Lastly his Televisions seem to be good for streaming but not for watching regular channels. Couldn’t watch football on either his Roku tv or the big tv with 3 remotes 🙄. Should’ve left instructions how to work that large tv with all those remotes.
