First, we want to thank John for trusting us with his new home! We had a great time. The house itself is super cute and very nicely renovated. The fact this it is pet friendly made the spot ideal for us! The kitchen is fantastic and we loved the little island, which made the area very functional. The wrap around balcony with plenty of seating was such a bonus! The house wide water filtration is great as is access to the laundry room.
The only downside is that the yard is one big hill and uneven to walk on. That being said, this is a new rental and has a new septic tank. I have no doubt that in the near future the yard will be designed to much more usable.
An added bonus is that John is one of THE most promptly communicative and friendly hosts we have ever dealt with. We definitely recommend this property!
Lastly, we got lucky and rented a pontoon from Whitewater Lake Boat Rentals. If you are looking for a watercraft, contact Justin. They would be our go to choice for a motorized rental! We also rented kayaks from the local campground they were very friendly - but be mindful that they close early.
