Location, location, location! Escape to Venetian Village in picturesque Naples. This quiet, bright and airy condo is on the top, 4th floor so no one is above you noisily walking around. There are great bay views from both sides of the condo. It has a front lanai with table and chairs and a back balcony with the sought after southern exposure. There is a large terrace built out by the bay, next to the beautiful pool area, equipped with tables, chairs and gas BBQ grills. There is also a kayak launch. This smaller community has occasional socials which renters are welcome to. The public beach entrance is conveniently across the street, for swimming, beach walks and sunset viewing. Venetian Village with its shops, restaurants and boat rentals is just a short walk away. Come discover this beautiful complex in this lovely area of Naples!

Why they chose this property
I love taking walk on the soft white sandy beach just across the street. There is also a walking path that goes past the Park Shore high rises with their beautiful, landscaped properties. I walk that sometimes too. Just walking on Gulf Shore Blvd to Venetian Village is so scenic with building built out in the water fashioned after Venice Italy. It's truly a special place.
What makes this property unique
The La Maison Club is beautifully landscaped. The view of Venetians Bay is the widest there. The public beach entrance is directly across the street. Venetian Village with its shops, restaurants and boat rental is a short walk away. Supermarket is only a 3-minute drive away.
