Well suited for family events, this one level, 2300 square foot home has a wonderful great room/ kitchen/ patio/ backyard arrangement that handles large families well. Central Air Conditioning makes it comfortable. Three bedrooms at the quiet end of the house complement the kitchen and video game office at the socializing end of the house, for good sound separation. A separate formal dining/ living room area is set up to extend the dinner table to seat large groups. The roomy kitchen with the 5X7 island makes meal preparation part of the socializing.

Three full baths of en suite walk in shower in master bedroom, hall bath with tub shower combination, third bathroom by den with tub shower conbination and a 110 gal. water heater, and new appliances make for trouble free living. Lots of off street parking includes space for a large RV or boat, or toy trailers.

Three blocks from downtown Kanab, eight blocks to the exceptional city park complex which has a park and picnic area, ball diamonds, tennis courts, and a new city pool with lazy river.

Kanab is central to several national recreation areas, Lake Powell, and St. George. Truly something for everyone!

Wonderful house

We loved our stay at the home. Its spacious, big kitchen, spotless, lot of entertainment in home. Very convenient location to do all the touristy things around Kanab. Kudos to Host to share such a beautiful home.

This house is spotless and fully stocked! I've never stayed in such a well stocked short term rental. You want for nothing. We were a family of 6 and there was so much room for all of us.

This house was awesome! Susan and Howard thought of everything, we didnt lack for a single thing while staying there. Beds were comfy, the towels were soft and a convient location to the national parks. Great space for a family. Thank you so much for sharing you home with us us!

Great place to stay

The house had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the spices, pans, and gadgets to make the perfect meal. The space near the kitchen was homey gathering spot. The back yard was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for Southern Utah hiking

6 of us stayed comfortably in this clean, centrally located home. Rooms were nicely laid out, kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare meals, and there was a huge stash of keurig cups for our morning coffee. Great home, we’d stay again!

Best Place To Stay in Knab

This home was absolutely wonderful. The home was equipped with all the amenities that you can hope for. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions that we had We have stayed at many VRBO homes but this beats them all. The floor plan, kitchen, and accommodations were perfect. We can’t say enough great things about our stay and we look forward to returning.

We love this house!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is spacious, with multiple bathrooms, living areas, and separation between bedrooms, which allows for comfortable privacy. It's well equipped with everything you need. We'll be back!

Our stay in Kanab was wonderful. Susan’s house is warm and welcoming. Location is almost perfect. It is an easy walk into town and there are many trails nearby. Susan is very responsive and easy to work with. This was our third stay at this house and we hope to return again.

Balloons and Tunes Weekend

A fantastic location for Balloons & Tunes event. We watched balloons take flight each morning from the front porch and watched lanterns fill the air at night in the back yard. The bands and vendor booths were a block away.

Vacation get away.

My wife and family stayed here on vacation to see some of the National Parks and area scenery. This house had everything you could possibly need and space for everyone. Location was ideal to see all this area has to offer. Though the town is smaller it had plenty of great eating establishments and stores nearby. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us. Awesome stay filled with fun, joy and comfort

We loved our stay at Susan and Howard's house the labor day weekend of 2017 !. House is very comfortable, it has everything that a tourist would need to enjoy the vacation. Right location safe and secure, proximity to both Zion and Bryce canyon, we covered both places by staying here. Will recommend the place to anyone who would like a good vacation to a calm, peace and small town and yet closer to prime vacation spot. Thank you Susan and Howard for arranging and equipping the house for a good vacation !!!

Very pleasant stay

The house is in the perfect location few blocks from the downtown groceries, restaurants and gas station. The property is very neat and clean, and spacious. The owner provides all sorts of items you may require (e.g., different spices, trash bags, water containers, coffee machines to list some). We would definitely stay there again if we visit Zion/Bryce/Horseshoe. Thank you!!

Wonderful red rocks getaway

Our group of three couples stayed in this home over the course of a week in early April. The home was clean and very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The weather was not the best for hiking and exploring so we spent more time at the house than originally planned, which was fine. Close proximity to downtown allowed us to walk almost everywhere in Kanab.

Inviting comfortable home

This was at least our 3rd time staying at This home. It is our first choice whenever we visit Kanab. Our main focus during this vacation is volunteering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, but we also visit enjoy visiting the many local sights and participating in out door adventures. This home is perfect to return to, relax and share our experiences. We are already talking about our next visit! We Highly recommend this 4 Bedroom, 3 full bathroom very spacious home!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. It's spacious and has plenty of room for everyone. The owners have stocked it with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms is a plus. In addition to all of our other activities, we sat on the back patio and enjoyed the shade of the trees for many hours. We give this house two thumbs up!

Felt like home…actually, better than home

What a lovely home. We had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for such comfortable furnishings, linens, kitchen necessities, laundry, etc. My kitchen wants to be your kitchen when it grows up! Clean, great location, well equipped!

We had a great stay, no issues at all. The home has all necessary amenities, it's in a great location, and it was so nice to not have to worry about parking since we brought two trucks towing 4-wheelers. There was plenty of space right outside. It's walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and a little wine / liquor shop. the towels were so nice and soft, and we had tons of options for warm drinks after long, cold days outside! Hot chocolate, cider, coffee, and tea. Would definitely book again for our next family vacation!

Home away from home!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with two of our adult daughters and had a very comfortable stay. The house was spacious, immaculately clean and full of many extra amenities. We cannot imagine needing anything else for a great visit. We used the time for visits to Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks and Grand Canyon National Parks as well as some local hiking destinations. Kanab is perfectly located to all those areas. We ate dinner twice at the Rocking V - great food, friendly service and cooked in two nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have asked for and the island is a dream for food preparation. The owners were easy to work with and we had no issues with anything during our stay. It was great to come home after a hard day on the trails and have such a welcoming home waiting for us.
