Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Location was fabulous to beach. Unit was clean with some minor needed TLC repairs in unit: bathroom cabinet drawer and door were broken and picture hanging on wall had broken frame and couch could be cleaned to make this unit "perfect". Overall, excellent experience and would stay again.

Great location to the beach and room was clean but bedroom space was much too small for us. I couldn’t even get out of bed on my side and there was barely enough room to get dressed. The bed consumed all the space.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and price are unbeatable. The room needs a good cleaning & an update . The bathroom vanity was falling apart. There was no hot water . We found baby roaches in the bathroom. The sofa bed needs to be replaced . Thankfully my 10 year old slept on the sofa bed because an adult would definitely have a hard time . The key to open the front door is rusty .

Great location and place

The place was tastefully decorated and clean. I loved the deck area. The location was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. There was a mildew smell that we didn't care for, but we after being in there we didn't notice it as much.

Good location

If you don’t need beachfront property this is a good option. The beach access is a public one. It is wedged between a couple resorts and pretty tight, so go very early. It’s very close to several fun restaurants and a shuttle that runs constantly.
