Relaxing stay

This property was an excellent choice for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A top choice on our list!

Nice location - Clean - Easy check in & out .

Excellent location with easy short walk to the beach . Pool area and grilles were very nice . Beds could use upgrade for me with a bad back , but everything else inside was nice well kept and as clean as can be expected as rentals usually gets used pretty hard . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and definitely recommend this stay to others .

Post hurricane clean up is still underway, and the pool was out of commission but they had an alternative across the street which worked for us. It's time to reface the cabinets doors and drawers in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You can tell it's been a minute. There was updated and very comfy living and dining furniture and the place was nicely decorated. The only concern is that we weren't informed about the pool situation. We noticed it wasn't looking good and we were told about it when we inquired about it. It would have been better to notify us before arrival so we were prepared.

Cute place super close to the beach...

For the most part everything went great we did have a small issue in one room that we started out unfortunately the people that rented prior had left food in the cabinets which caused ants to come into the room. As soon as we told management they changed their room and took care of us made the problem right the pool was great, Jacuzzi was great, everything was amazing... I love the fact how I can just walk straight to the beach not have to take my car and they even have chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow if you don’t have your own to take to the beach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a number of issues with our unit number 104D, starting with refrigerator, loss of air conditioning, not having a dryer for three weeks out of the four that we stayed, dirty rugs, dirty furniture, had to have both cleaned, sheets didn’t fit the bed. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Bugs in kitchen drawers, mismatch of dishes and utensils, pots, and pans gross, not able to use most. Out of the four weeks we stayed we probably had repairman in our unit 80% of those days. Beach chairs are in very poor condition, uncomfortable, to sit in as many of the straps are broken. The only thing that we can compliment on our stay was the location of the beach club. Our VA did work to resolve all issues, but it just ended up taking so much of our personal time from our vacation. And it was annoying to think that people were in an out of our unit constantly trying to repair things. We stayed a few years back, and while it wasn’t perfect, we never had this many issues.

Location was great and super close to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately, it was very outdated and not as clean as the pictures show. Carpets need to be replaced, floors were very dirty, a few pillows and towels were stained as well. We left a day early because of the cleanliness. It definitely needs a face lift , but the location is perfect access to the private beach.

The pool is great and the beach is walking distance. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink not draining and the dishwasher overflew. Someone came by to check it but he said he had to get the tools to fix it and that he would be back and never came back to fix the problem. Also saw some roaches in the kitchen area. One thing, the walkway to the beach should be equipped with a mat to make it an easier walk. Also the hotels have taken over the space by having rental chairs and umbrellas. The space available for the other guests is very limited

I stayed in this 2 bed 2 bath by myself and thank god because the one shower fixture for hot/cold completely fell off. The drain in the one sinks wouldn’t drain on its own and I had to manually lift the drain for the water to go down. The one toilet had an issue flushing also. The tub was also rusted out. Unit could use more blankets as the bedding is very thin. Place seemed clean but there was a roach in the one drawer with silverware. Otherwise, loved my stay. Very cute place.

Three day family trip

Stayed in 104D with our three kids. Other than a few stains on the couches and carpets, the condo was clean. The entire property was well maintained- great pool area. The hot tub was closed by dept of public health. Not sure why. Proximity to the beach and the main road/trolley stops made it a perfect place to stay. They also had umbrellas and chairs, toys and floats available that we could take to the beach.
