Such a lovely place to stay. The cabin was very clean and accomodating with little added touches to make you feel welcomed. It was so nice to take walks on the forest trail with our dogs each morning and evening.

Always a great stay at Selkirk Flat. Quiet, secluded, cozy. Perfect for a winter weekend getaway in front of the wood stove or as a launch pad to all the local activities in the area. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Perfect quiet getaway

My third time staying at The Selkirk Flat, and it never disappoints. Clean, cozy and comfortable for a solo trip or couples weekend with lots to do outdoors in the area. They've really nailed the home away from home feel and I recommend this spot to everyone looking for a long weekend away.

Relaxing stay

Janice and Brad have created a wonderful cabin where we felt at home right away. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the space made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was great as we were able to easily take day trips into Canada and Sandpoint, and also sit back in front of the wood stove and watch the amazing fall colors outside.

Beautiful little house! We were amazed at how complete the house was for being so compact. A full washer and dryer! Wish we could have spent more time there.
