Hi Ronald, Thank you for staying at our beautiful coastal home and for sharing your feedback. For future guests, our home has welcomed travelers from all 50 U.S. states and 40 countries and has received 200 five-star reviews across multiple vacation-rental platforms. Guests have especially loved the home and its stunning Moss Beach/Half Moon Bay location. We did our best to support Ronald throughout his stay, although several concerns were minor or based on misunderstandings. There was a small area of peeling paint near the bottom of one bedroom door, and the smoke alarm sounded due to significant smoke/steam from cooking, as smoke alarms are designed to do. For every reservation, we create a unique door code for privacy and security. Ronald repeatedly entered the last four digits of his phone number instead of the unique code provided, which caused the access issue. We continued assisting whenever help was requested and provided the same care we offer all our guests. Our home is in one of the most beautiful locations along the Bay Area coastline, with easy access to beaches, tide pools, coastal trails, oceanfront restaurants, Pillar Point Harbor, water activities, and breathtaking Pacific Ocean scenery.
