Welcome to the Tipsy Pelican; this charming beach-stilted house is just what you've been looking for. It will sleep ten with three bedrooms, two baths, and a private pool. It has parking for up to five vehicles or three and a small boat. And on the location, you can't beat it, close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enter the front door to the open dining, living, and kitchen area.
The living area to the right has a sofa with a lounger on one end, and it also folds out into a queen bed, two reclining chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
The exquisite wood dining table has seating for 6.
The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, all pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare your meals, and a Keurig coffee maker.
The first room on the left is BD1) this bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a closet, and a smart TV. Next on the left, we have BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a granite countertop with a sink.
Down the hall to the left is BD2) this guest room has a queen bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, and a small desk with a chair.
Across the hall is BD3) the master, complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV. The ensuite master bath BA2) consists of a lovely tiled shower with a rain-type shower head and a granite vanity with dual sinks.
At the end of the hall is the back door that leads out to the back deck, here you will find a patio table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors with. Travel down the stairs to the backyard, where you will find the fabulous private pool, a great place to cool down after a day at the beach, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in around the soothing water.
A propane grill awaits you so you can cook your catch, and a picnic table and other chairs are also available for your convenience.
