The room was clean and exactly as portrayed. Only problem we had, was trying to find the building in Park City because it was the arts festival and there were hundreds of people. But proximity to town, was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!

Yes, the Arts Festival is a busy weekend in Park City but so much fun to attend. We hope you will come back soon and wish you safe travels wherever you to.
The unit was fantastic, and the location was perfect. This place had everything we wanted - a wood burning fireplace, outdoor hot tub, and an easy walk to everything in Park City. We were just a couple hundred yards away from ski rentals, lift tickets and the Town Lift. Only a few blocks from great eating, drinking and shopping too! 10 out of 10.
enjoyed our stay overall...only slight negative: it was a bit noisy with A/C unit on balcony and near a somewhat busy street during day. Did not open windows because of street traffic.
The property’s location can’t be beat. Place was clean and comfortable. The building is undergoing some updates and they were working on the floor in which we were on but that did not overly bother us. Check in and check out times were strict and the door locks exactly at check out time leaving you without the ability to get back in, even a minute later if you are putting bags in the car, etc.

We had a great time. The shower drain would not drain so we had to shower really fast, then give the tub an hour to slowly drain. Other than that it was great.
The place is as described and offers a humble and well located condo to take advantage of all that Park City has to offer. Winter travelers will enjoy the proximity to town lift. It's closer than the walk from your car to the lifts at the base of the mountain. If you plan to spend a significant amount of time in the condo, you may want to think about a different location, but if you're in Park City to get out, this is a reasonable and good "home base".
We loved this condo’s location and the thoughtful decor. The road noise from nearby highway was at times loud, but once you got use to it, it was fine. I would come back and recommend to friends.

Thanks, Dana we look forward to seeing you again soon!
We had some trouble initially upon arrival with codes and instructions for entering the premises, but it was quickly resolved when we spoke to someone via telephone as the office closes at 4:00 p.m., & we arrived to Park City after 5:00 p.m. I take full responsibility for the mishap as an email had been sent before we left our home with all the information that we needed upon our arrival. However, I later found out it was in an attached PDF, which I never saw. Just a note to check for attachments on all correspondence before you leave for Park City’s Park Station.
Our 1-bedroom condo was comfortable and clean. The pictures show the condo as very bright, but in fact, there were only 2 windows, and with them open on a bright sunny day, we still had to turn on lights to lighten the condo up.
