Have owned this property since 2002, and this is our first year renting the property. We fell in love with the privacy of the property and the beauty of the lake.
Why they chose this property
Lakefront cottage on a private lake, between two wooded lots. All the comforts of home, with lots of outside seating, outdoor fire pit, 2 kayaks for guests, a paddleboard, and a hammock for relaxing.
What makes this property unique
House is located in Apple Valley, only a few minutes from Apple Valley Golf Course, voted as the #1 favorite public golf course in central Ohio by users of Columbus Clubhouse golf internet community. Ten minutes from Kokosing Trail, 14 miles of paved pathway, great for walking or biking. Only 40 minutes from Berlin, OH, the heart of Amish country.
