We were delighted to host Steven and his wife at our unit. They were very fine guests. They treated the place with love and respect. Communication with them is a breeze. They also left our unit in good condition. We are grateful for their visit and hope that they will come back in the future.

We do have a caretaker who you reported every day and addressed all your issues. Wifi is really from the company issues not from the owners fault. Sink issues also was addressed and maintenance was there, he gave his phone number for your guest to call back and she never did. Hangers and cabinet- dont expect a complete house from airbnb, even a lucury hotels are limited. You are expecting a very luxury hotel w 24 hrs maintenance service . As far as we know you pay below a motel fees level to kabayan and our condo are very competitive quality. Btw your guest trashed our condo like a slam area,, we blocked our day to re paint because you lied in your booking with no children. Full of trash and all our linens and towels with chocolates. Markers in walls and furnitures! Guests like them are totally no respect!
