The Aero Vista Gem (Entire Home)

Located in Aero Vista Park, this home is 10 minutes from the Naval Air Station and 10 minutes from Downtown Pensacola. This listing is for the entire house. Both the home and individual rooms are keypad protected with convenient anytime, self-check-in. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, free-use laundry machines, bed, bath and free Wi-Fi at a price that beats all other large chain extended stay hotels in the area.
No unregistered guests at any time. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. if you violate this, you will be asked to leave immediately and held liable for any damages. Local authorities will be called if you refuse to leave. No refunds will be granted for unused nights.

Pets approved on a case-by-case basis. An additional deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $300 fee for an unapproved animal. All pet feces must be cleared from the property upon check-out or an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest that will depend on the extent of pick-up required.

Smoking is allowed outside at least 15 feet from any door into the house and definitely not inside the room or house. There will be a $300 fine if there’s evidence of indoor smoke- (smell or physical evidence).

Please do not set the A/C to cool below 72 degrees during the summer. The A/C closet of this older home is prone to condensation which can cause the A/C system to malfunction.

Staff could be on property to maintain the yard and spaces. They will never enter your private space without permission or your request.

Quiet time is 10pm. No loud music after 10pm. Please be courteous and respectful of the other guests staying in the house.

Towels can be left in your room. All garbage must be taken to the outside bins on the side of the garage. If your stay includes a Wednesday, please push the garbage bins out to the curb Tuesday evening for pickup Wednesday morning.

Check-out is at 11am or before. There will be a $50 fine for each hour past 11am and $25 if guests check out past 11:15am. This fine does not constitute an agreement for late check-out. This is a large space and takes the entirety of the time to clean and sanitize and our cleaners are often on a tight schedule.

FedEx and UPS deliveries to the house are okay. USPS is blocked and will not deliver mail to the house.
