Please note:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Please note that the shower faucet is reversed. To get hot water, you’ll need to turn it towards the “off” position.
- Trash pickup is on Fridays. All trash must be securely bagged and tied prior to placing in the bins.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
