Whether you’re soaking in the year-round hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi, or spending the weekend reconnecting with family and friends, this is your cozy-meets-luxe Catskills escape. Bring the whole family—including the four-legged ones. Unlike most mountain stays, dogs stay absolutely free at Bear House ($0 pet fee) because a true vacation means no one gets left behind.

You are welcome to enjoy our hot tub year round and the pool during the summer but you do at your own risk. No swimming or skating on the pond.
Due to the host’s allergies, cats are not allowed in the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Laid Back Girl’s Weekend

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend. The house was cozy, and we all had space to curl up with a good book in the living room. Downstairs had a plethora of fun board games- and the hosts were attentive and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Cairo House

This property was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the hot tub and ping pong table. The property was centrally located so we were able to enjoy days in Hudson and Windham. It was a great way to ring in the New Year with family and friends.

A Truly Cozy Getaway with Friends

Mile stone weekend for birthdays. We had a wonderful time in Hudson for the day. Which was an extremely hot day!! It was wonderful to come to the house sit on the deck and enjoy the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Wonderful time. Thank you.
