This lake house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for your intimate time together. Enjoy stunning sunrises across the lake and fishing or sunbathing on the dock. Jump in and take a swim! Bring your own boat or kayaks to launch from our private boat ramp. Guest love the close drive to Santee, SC to 3 golf courses, Santee State Park, eateries and antiques! Or in town Elloree for playgrounds, park, jogging track, pickle ball, Tearific Teapot Museum and small town shopping.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Used Towels and linens by wash machine.
Load dishwasher and turn on or wash all used dishes.
Placed bagged trash in outside black trash cans under car port.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music. Respectful of the few neighbors. Park all vehicles/boats in our driveway. Don’t block the street or neighbor’s driveways.
Extremely dirty or missing towels or linens will result in an extra fee. Please bring your own towels to use outside and in the lake.
No pets are allowed. Unfortunately some people are allergic. Evidence of pet could result in cancellation of stay and/or a $250 extra cleaning fee.

Wonderful getaway! Nice view

Was a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the water. Home was furnished with all that we needed. Clean, organized and beautiful decor. Boat ramp was used, nice to be able to put boat in/out of water. Hope to stay again next year!

The best sunrises and sunsets…a hidden gem!

This place is fabulous! We enjoyed our Anniversary trip so much! The owner even left flowers and a card for us. Very clean and comfortable. The view is just gorgeous! We caught several catfish right off the dock and the convenience of having Poplar Creek right around the corner made it even more perfect since we keep our boat there. We even had baby geese and ducks in the yard. We enjoyed every moment! We will be back!!!

Wonderful property lake front. Nice interior and exterior. Would love to visit again, but would need handrails on entrance for my elderly mother. Other than that, everything was perfect

The place was better than advertised. The view is amazing there with beautiful views of the sunrise. Everything worked as it should. The house was ultra clean. The neighbors are friendly. We felt at home and hope to go back soon.Very thankful to the owners for letting us stay.

Ck in confusing.

The key Code did not work to begin with but we figured it out after talking with the owner.. The sliding door in the bedroom will not open, even after removing the bar in the door. Maybe the track needs vaccuming out.?? No clue. Place is BEATIFUL!!!! Very Quite and peaceful!!! The floors could have used a bit of sweeping but wasnt a big deal. We swept them and again before we left also.

Property is perfect for detaching and relaxing at the lake. The view is just as described180 degrees! When we got there I just sat and sat and looked at lake…couldn’t get up to unload the truck!!! Place was clean, not damp and very easy to just settle in. We loved it!

Serenity by the Lake

Took a weekend trip to the lake to finish off the summer with the family. This place was everything we needed. Great view of the lake with a dock for the boat. Got to drink coffee and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Its right down the road from Stumphole Landing if you are looking for a bite to eat. Rooms and amenities were more than suitable for a lake house. Had a nice covered area outside that has a couple of fans to keep some of the heat and bugs away.
