This lake house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for your intimate time together. Enjoy stunning sunrises across the lake and fishing or sunbathing on the dock. Jump in and take a swim! Bring your own boat or kayaks to launch from our private boat ramp. Guest love the close drive to Santee, SC to 3 golf courses, Santee State Park, eateries and antiques! Or in town Elloree for playgrounds, park, jogging track, pickle ball, Tearific Teapot Museum and small town shopping.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Used Towels and linens by wash machine.
Load dishwasher and turn on or wash all used dishes.
Placed bagged trash in outside black trash cans under car port.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music. Respectful of the few neighbors. Park all vehicles/boats in our driveway. Don’t block the street or neighbor’s driveways.
Extremely dirty or missing towels or linens will result in an extra fee. Please bring your own towels to use outside and in the lake.
No pets are allowed. Unfortunately some people are allergic. Evidence of pet could result in cancellation of stay and/or a $250 extra cleaning fee.

Great location with a terrific view of lake with the sunrise. You can sit right inside on the couch and watch it come up. We were there during a full moon phase, and it made it that much more memorable. The fishing was GREAT, catching a 50 pound flathead right from the dock. The private boat ramp was great. The 180 degree view is no joke, lake to the back, and lake cove down the side. Highly recommended
