We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and the private pool was perfect after long days at the ball fields.The location was ideal—close to the fields for Nationals and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was great. A true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was in a great area close to everything. It was clean, pretty and mostly fun. My kids enjoyed the pool to the max. Water from the pool was clean. The grass was cut. Overall great place to stay.

This was the first time I have traveled with these family members. So I hoped everyone did their part to maintain this rental. We loved the house and especially the pool. Although it rained quite a bit, we were still able to swim. The house was lovely. We had enough room for the 5 adults. There were chairs we used at the beach. Our Florida family came over to swim and just hang out. I would recommend this host and house for families. After checking out, his housekeeper found two sweatshirts. Our host, Justin, reached out to me. As we were still in the area boating, we were able to retrieve them. I think most people would have just tossed them. Thank you Justin, it was a fun time.

Good stay..Great pool, updated main areas..bathrooms dated, but extremely clean in all areas. Nice area..quiet, but close to everything. Fenced in yard for our dog was great. Excellent air conditioner! Beds a little hard, but that’s personal preference. Communication with host wonderful. Could use some more utensils and plates, etc, but didn’t affect stay. We stayed in May for 10 days. Loved the pool, but no loungers fyi. We brought floating loungers and they worked fine. All in all, excellent stay!

If your looking to a quiet place away from everything but not far from the beach this is the place. we really enjoyed our stay here. Justin was great communicating and taking care of any issues we had. the pool was nice and relaxing and private. the house its self was clean and very roomy. also one perk not listed was the fighter jets we set by the pool and got a air show was pretty cool. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we really enjoyed our time.

Very Nice

Very clean, very nice, recently remodeled, and well furnished with everything you need. Very good location on a quiet street just minutes away from everything. The backyard is beautiful and the pool is great. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our week stay! It’s very spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood close to dining, attractions, and the beach. We loved having the pool available when we didn’t want to go to the beach.

This property was perfectly located for everything you would visit the florida pan handle for.The pool and house wer very nice and relaxing after long days of shopping and beach time that was just minutes away. We had an excellent experience and we would recommend this property highly.
