BEWARE

Do not rent from this host. I booked unit in 8/23 for 3/2/24. 3 days before check-in host provided access info. Two minutes later I received email from a third party property mgr telling me I was now in another unit due to construction. Host confirmed and I was put in another unit that was not nearly as nice as the unit I booked. I requested a refund because I did not get what I paid for and host went silent. Additionally, there was someone occupying the unit we originally booked the whole week so the construction must not have been that intrusive. The unit we were moved to was big but not facing the beach, and not a nice unit. We did not get what we paid for. Don't rent this unit unless you are OK with getting moved to any random unit in the complex.

Nice beachfront location

The unit itself is nice and relatively well-maintained. It was also clean and had all the basics. We had an issue with the AC and the host was very responsive. The pool was under renovation while we were there but we had close access to the beach.

I couldn’t stay in this place; they changed my room without notifying me. This place was duty. I had to rent another place for my staying.

Love this place- Has its Pros & Cons

Great place to stay. I love this place even with a few drawbacks like no real kitchen utensils, broom not dustpan, horrible vacuum. Great neighbors. Security was a serious issue and was not taken seriously enough by the staff at the apartment even after concerns were voiced.

Great Location!

Beautiful condo for working vacation! 2 desks on 2 floors looking out at the boardwalk and the sea. The condo was modern and clean. Location was perfect.
