Castle 828 Oceanfront Studio with Balcony! Free Parking, Pool, Beach, Gym, Tennis, and more!

This super charming Studio Apartment is located at the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View with you can enjoy right from its balcony!

The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with two queen size bed. There is complementary high speed WIFI and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

Great views

The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable. It was a great location to the beach, but nothing else was nearby. The pool was not aesthetically pleasing so we did not swim. The bathroom and kitchen area need updating and the refrigerator needs to either be fixed or replaced. It rattled most of the time.

Affordable Luxury

It was great for the price range. Very clean and cute. I love the view from the balcony. Made me feel amazing. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. It’s a very popular place so try to get there early.

HORRIBLE!!

Several reasons to not stay here. Does not look like the photos at all. Very outdated and nothing worked. Stovetop burners didn’t work which was obvious because there was a portable plug in stove top in the cabinet we had to use. The beds are NOT queens. I called the customer service and the lady on the line told me she had worked for the company for 25 years and that was impossible because they were queens but they’re really just fulls. The ac never worked properly and it got hot in there. Someone came to “fix” it and didn’t do a damn thing to it. We were given 1 wash cloth to share between 3 of us and no bath towels. The fridge made a terrible sound all the time. The sliding door is horrible to open and close. It’s a good workout to open and close. Takes a lot of muscle. One of the beds was so over used that the side of it was sloped so you would slide off while sleeping. Beds were also VERY uncomfortable. They clearly don’t do through cleaning because a dab pen fell out from the bed when we sat on it. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The workers at the desk where you check in were extremely rude to us all week long. Half the elevators were out of service all week. Don’t even bother seeing if you can check in early. They made us wait in the lobby for almost 5 hours before checking in even tho the room was ready early. They became unresponsive when I would reach out. There was also a stench in the entire building.

Beach hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Castle Beach. The property could use some updating but the room was clean and comfortable. We loved having our own balcony. Beach was just a short walk away. Pool was big and nice to have a tiki bar close by.

Great view of ocean and walking distance to the ocean. Nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Nice little kitchen. Has everything you need. Bathtub needs some clean up as well as some upgraded items to use in the kitchen. Pool area is ok. Overall a great experience.

Spring break

The view from the balcony was amazing. Waking up as the sun rises over the water with a cup of coffee is the best way to start a fun filled day. There is so much to do. Hanging at the pool and beach during the day. Seafood or Cuban restaurants at night. Day trips to Key Largo, South Beach and Everglades.... Great trip. Great location.

Always Great

I've stayed at Castle Beach Clubs many times. However, this is my first time with Blu Vacation Rentals. BVR is wonderful! They always responded very quickly before and during our stay. The condo is just as the pictures show. My only dissapointment during this stay (No fault of BVR) The pool and Tiki bar were closed.

Great location.

Our condo was great, very clean. Perfect location. Management was very good, lots of communication before checkin etc. My complaints have to do with the building in general. It’s loud, however it was spring break. Valet is extremely slow. Building needs a major face lift.

Nice location on Miami Beach

We recently got back from a 5 day stay at Vanessa's place. Overall we had a lovely time. A few things felt out of date in the building were the apt. is. The pool area needs a bit of TLC but location on the beach is perfect. We had a few issues with coffee pot and door to balcony not locking and Vanessa was very responsive.

Nice Place, responsive Mgmt.

The best part about this unit is the balcony and view. We had a few small issues and management responded immediately. The condo is small and dated but the beds were comfortable. Parking was included and getting the car with the valet service was a snap. The location leaves a lot to be desired. South Beach is 20 minutes away and getting anywhere was a challenge. And please note the pool is under construction and it looks like wont be completed until summer 2024.

As advertised

This place was easy to check into and is exactly as advertised. The view is fantastic! Many of the reviews mention building infrastructure noise, and I agree with those reviews. It might be the plumbing. A few small things would make this place so much better: sturdier/larger beach chairs, larger beach towels, and a broom with dust pan. If you rent it, plan ahead and bring your own beach towels or blanket!

Castle beach #828

Overall was a nice place to stay , everything that was mentioned on the listing was accurate. The view of the balcony and the water was amazing ! . Check in process is very strict and unless you get a early check in they won’t allow you to check in until exactly 3pm and then there was a line of about 20-40 people which took hours to actually check in . I would stay here again , for the money and views of water , restaurants in hotel / close by , stores inside the hotel . It was good for the price
