Fabulous Beach Apt w/Endless Ocean Views!

I offer an awesome home away from home. It's a perfect get away for any occasion. Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into the apartment as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed. The terrace is huge and fabulous and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. The sunrise is Devine.

This beach apartment is beautifully appointed with a lovely kitchen area with a granite counter, glass backsplash and a bar, refrigerator/freezer, 2 stove top burns, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more.

There is an awesome boardwalk/promenade between the apartment and the ocean. It’s a wonderful place to walk, run, ride bicycles and more. There is a beach parking lot one block north of the apartment that has an area that offers bike rentals.

The apartment is located one block north of the Miami Beach area called Millionaires Row and is 12-15 minutes from the excitement and nightlife of South Beach, yet, far enough away to enjoy a quiet getaway. There are many restaurants, shops, grocery stores all within walking distance from the apartment.

The beach apartment is located in a historic building. It's a little dated but excellent as you can see from my many photos and reviews. From my experience, I believe the quality you receive in staying at my beach apartment will stand out from all others in this price range and I live nearby if you need anything quickly.

I have great reviews is because I do as much as possible to provide a great beach apartment experience. As a result, I have many guests from all over the world who return year after year and recommend this apartment to their friends. 

NOTE: Pets are welcome. There is a pet fee of $100. Parking fee's are included and can be removed if you will not have a vehicle.

Also, please consider travel insurance to cover the price of your trip in the event you have an emergency. It’s inexpensive and worth it.
