This spacious home features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, ensuring privacy for everyone. With two great rooms and an upper-level balcony offering stunning views of Camelback Mountain, it's designed for relaxation and fun. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a commercial stove/oven, spice rack, and all essential condiments.
Enjoy the backyard oasis with a gas-heated swimming pool, grill, sun chairs, dining table, built-in benches, and games for outdoor enjoyment.
Bedroom Layout:
- 1st Floor: Two king bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.
- 2nd Floor: One room with a bunk bed (full over full) and a twin trundle, sleeping five with a private bath. Another room with a bunk (full over full) and twin trundle, also sleeping five. A third room with two full beds for four. The last two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Garage Amenities include double basketball, life-size Connect Four, and Jenga, along with six adult bikes and three mini bikes, helmets included. One parking spot is available.
1st Floor Highlights feature a cozy living area with a fireplace, booth seating, and a coffee bar with six stools—ideal for remote work. The large kitchen/dining area connects to the backyard via pocket doors.

Why they chose this property
This property is in the heart of Arcadia, Phoenix which is a high end neighborhood on the southern foothills of Camelback Mountain. We have 360 views of mountains all around us and the 2nd floor balcony is the best example of this. We are walkable to all local cafes and restaurants and a short bike ride up the canal to Old Town. In less than ten minutes you can drive to Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, the Biltmore Resort and many other local attractions. We are less than 12 minutes away from the airport and close proximity to ASU, the Arizona Cardinals Stadium (home of the 2023 Super Bowl and 2024 Final Four). We also are less than 25 min from the Waste Management Golf Tournament at the TPC Scottsdale Course.
Our home is curated with furniture you would expect at the most luxurious and glamorous 5* resorts. Our team is carefully built with relationships and trust through experience and other like projects.
Privacy is a fundamental for us and we create the privacy needed all around the home, including in the spa like back yard, which includes a Gas heated pool, two built in benches, several sun chairs and a long dining table. Our grill is also plumbed into the homes gas line and no propane tanks are needed.
