This was the perfect place to rest our heads while my husband and I were in Tacoma for a concert. We stayed just one night, but it was comfortable enough that I could imagine spending multiple nights if our plans kept us out and about all day. It’s not far from the Point Defiance/Ruston area with lots to do. There isn’t a lot of room in the tiny home for activities but it’s clean, quiet and cute! It IS tiny but has everything you need. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people, or someone very tall (not much head room above the bed) or someone who needs to use the bathroom a lot in the night because the steps from the bed could feel a little sketchy if you’re not used to it!

Quaint, quiet, and charming neighborhood. Many local restaurants and grocery stores. The home had everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. We would certainly choose to stay there again if we are back in Tacoma. We also would recommend eating at Flying Sushi and getting over to Mount Rainier if you can!

I was in town visiting my daughter at her college and needed a place to stay close by the Puget Sound campus. The tiny house was super clean. I felt very welcome other than me having some operator error with a key box which got figured out everything was great. it was explained perfectly well. I just failed to manipulate the key box successfully the first few tries . Nice bottle of wine waiting for me. Bed was comfortable, stayed cozy and dry while it poured outside. It would be a really cozy spot for a couple to spend time together. Very quiet neighborhood which added to the relaxation factor.

Problem free experience for me in all respects! For future potential guests who are rather short or may have mobility issues, however, be aware that there are five stairs from the main level to the sleeping loft, the rises of the first four being 12" while the fifth (top) one is 21", all considerably higher than the 7" rise of most stairs.
