The landmark Casa Milo features a lap pool with ocean views and a short walk to the surf in Playa Guiones. Situated on a nearly 2 acre lot in K-section Casa Milo offers exceptional privacy while still being walking distance to the beach and local amenities.
Every room features its own ensuite bathroom and the 2 king bedroom suites also have ocean views. The entire lot is fenced and gated with plenty of parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Wolf range, SubZero freezer and warming drawer and a sous vide station. The 5th bedroom features its own private kitchen.
There is a 1200 sq ft games area with pool table, smart TV and space for yoga or meditation.
Unique amenities for the area include a private gym with free weights and a spa area with massage table, cold plunge tub and steam room.
The rental includes full time maid service M-F and an overnight guard for the duration of your stay.
