The attached lower level guest house sits at the end of Playa Pelada, 30 meters above the river mouth looking down the black sand beach of Playa Nosara at the Ostional turtle sanctuary. The view is of the beach and also of the most amazing estuary where two rivers (Montana and Nosara) come together and flow into the Pacific. The view then continues up into the mountains. There is no better view anywhere with the constant changing of the estuary, waves rolling in, fabulous bird watching and the abundant wildlife. This is a rare home inside the wildlife refuge. The 1st floor attached guest apartment is 1000 sq feet with 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 full baths, large covered deck. Ideal for couples. The pool (shared with us if we are there and one otherone bedroom apartment) has a fantastic infinity edge showcasing the view, a spa bench with jets and a beach area to lounge in!
