Nestled on the quiet end of PCB on Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most family friendly condominiums. Unit 305 has a recently renovated kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, & fixtures! There is a NEW sofa & love seat in the living area and NEW sleeper sofa in the den area added in late Fall 2023! Your family will enjoy two separate living areas with a twin trundle bed and the queen sleeper sofa in the den area for the kids! The dining & living areas walk out to the large wrap-around Gulf front balcony. This unit is a corner unit located towards the center of the complex on the 3rd floor overlooking the east side pool. Easy access to the center steps to the beach! There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
