The beautifully remodeled open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide breathtaking views of the Gulf! Walk right out to the newly resurfaced, spacious wrap-around balcony, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the east side pool. The Gulf front balcony offers plenty of seating for the whole family!

You will love the full equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, and upscale appliances. Make a single cup of coffee in the Keurig or a pot of coffee and take in the STUNNING view of the morning rising sun!

The master bedroom features a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with a private balcony. Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo, with a 20 pound weight limit per dog. Weight limit waived for Service animals! All animals must be approved and added to reservation prior to arrival. Pets must be well behaved and housebroken. At check-in, dog’s will be issued a Pelican Walk pet pass - leash sleeve. *Pet fee is $150 per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.
