Pelican Walk UNIT 908 is a BEACH Front 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo located right on the Gulf of Mexico! Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach, as a THANK YOU for booking 908!

*Pets Considered - Only non-shedding, fully house-trained, small dogs allowed.
- Guests must have pet occupancy approved prior to or at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be considered and added to the reservation.

Pelican Walk Pet Policy:
- 20lbs or under per dog
- Pet fee $150/per dog
- 2 dog maximum per condo

Completely updated winter 2024! All NEW furniture & décor! Unit 908 is a 1650 square foot west facing corner unit with a large wrap-around balcony. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf!

The kitchen, dining, and living room areas all overlook the beautiful Gulf and offer spectacular sunset views! The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, NEW stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The Gulf front master bedroom features a KING bed with balcony access. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed and Twin bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for your family. Plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. There are 2 full baths with custom tile showers and a full size washer and dryer! You will not be disappointed!!! Free parking! Free Wi-Fi!

The Pelican Walk staff is located on-site and are dedicated to making your vacation top notch!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled to PCB for a family reunion. In total we had approximately 30 people across our group in multiple condos. When we arrived to the property we were allowed to check in early which was great. Our condo smelled musty, but we bought some air freshener. The screen to the master bedroom balcony was off the hinges. All of the beds in the condo squeaked to the point nobody in our condo had a good nights rest. The elevator was broken the majority of our stay. On our last night we were in the elevator and it fell. Thankfully we were on the first floor and nobody was hurt. The location was great. Not overly populated. However we will not stay at this condominium again.
